2026 YOUNG JUDGES COMPETITION FINAL
INFORMATION
The Exhibition Poultry Association of NSW (EPANSW) wishes to advise all clubs and members of the updated eligibility requirements for the 2026 Sydney Royal Easter Show Poultry Young Judges Competition Final (Poultry Section) State Final.
To be eligible to compete at the State Finals in Sydney (SRES 2026), all competitors must now qualify through a Group (Zone) Final (Young Judges and Paraders Championships) held locally via, Agricultural Societies Council of NSW (AgShows NSW). Please note, however, that not all Zones are running a Poultry Zone Final this year.
The following Zones will not be holding a Poultry Young Judges Final for the 2026 State
Championship:
• Zone 3 (Hunter River)
• Zone 5 (South Coast and Tablelands)
• Zone 9 (South Western)
• Zone 13 (Central Northern)
EPANSW is assisting with nominations for competitors who do not have access to a Group Final within their area or missed the final in their zone. Numbers for such nominations are limited and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
If your club or Zone has a young poultry judge who meets the
qualifying criteria but does not have an opportunity to compete, please contact the EPANSW Secretary as soon as possible to discuss nomination options (epansw@outlook.com).

Qualifying competitors will be emailed a qualifier code from the EPANSW to enable online application for entry. Please note there will be no offline entries accepted.
